Among other things, the Conference provided a forum for professional education activities, scholarly discussions and networking. It also motivated creative and critical thinking, and strategic planning initiatives to enhance clinical practice and improve patient care outcomes in Ghana. Participants at the Conference included Physicians, Nurses, Paramedics, and Management of health facilities in Ghana. Hon. Dr. Benjamin Kumbour, Deputy Minister of Health was the special guest of honour of the Conference. The University Administration expects that resolutions that were made during the Conference will be considered by policy formulators for effective implementation.
