Valley View University has received a generous donation of 20 streetlights from Hon. Joseph Akuerteh Tettey, Member of Parliament for Kpone-Katamanso, as part of efforts to enhance safety and security on campus.

The donation, made on August 12, 2026, is expected to improve visibility around the campus during the night and create a safer environment for students, staff, and other members of the university community.

The provision of adequate lighting is an important step toward strengthening campus safety, particularly in areas that experience limited visibility after dark. The new streetlights will contribute to safer movement across campus and provide greater peace of mind for students and staff.
