Important Notice to Graduates

The University wishes to inform all graduates who are ready to collect their certificates that they are required to complete the Certificate Collection Clearance process through the iSchool portal before proceeding to collect their certificates.

To make the process easier, graduates are encouraged to follow the steps outlined below carefully.


How to Apply for Certificate Collection

Step 1 — Log into iSchool

Log into your iSchool account and navigate to “My Application.”

Look for the My Application option on your dashboard as indicated in the screenshot below.

Step 2 — Select Certificate Collection

Under My Application, select:

“Place / Track Request” → “Certificate Collection”

This will take you to the certificate collection request page.

Step 3 — Place Your Request

On the Certificate Collection page, click the “Place Request” button to initiate the clearance process.

 After placing your request, you should receive the response below:



Step 4 — Track Your Clearance

After successfully placing your request, you will receive a confirmation response.

You can then monitor the progress of your certificate collection request on the same page.

Complete All Clearance Stages

After clicking “Place Request,” refresh the page to proceed to the next stage.

Continue refreshing the page until you have completed all the required approval stages.

The clearance process involves the following offices:

  1. Finance Approval — Student Finance Officer
  2. Department Approval — Head of Department
  3. Library Approval
  4. Dean of Students Approval
  5. Alumni Approval — Office of the Alumni
  6. Registry Approval — Academic Affairs

Once all the required approvals have been successfully completed, your application status will change to:

READY FOR COLLECTION

This status confirms that you may proceed to the Academic Affairs Directorate (Admissions & Records, Room 25).

Collecting Your Certificate

After completing the final clearance process, graduates are required to proceed to the Registrar’s Office for the collection of their certificates.

Certificate Collection Hours

Monday – Thursday

8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Fridays: No certificate collection

Certificates will not be issued outside the stated collection hours.

Collecting on Behalf of Another Graduate

If someone is collecting a certificate on behalf of another person, the representative must present:

  • A signed authorization note
  • The ID card of the graduate
  • A valid ID card of the person collecting the certificate

Important Reminder

Graduates are encouraged to complete the online clearance process and ensure that all approval stages have been completed before visiting the Registrar’s Office.

Please wait until your application status shows “Ready for Collection” before proceeding to the Academic Affairs Directorate and subsequently the Registrar’s Office.
