Mr. Dadzie´s first award was in the Integrity Category which was awarded to him for his ability to control funds in the line of his work without any losses. His exhibition of integrity in the disbursement of funds to the various layers of the hierarchy of the organization in time also contributed to his selection as the winner of the award.

The second award Mr Dadzie won in the awards programme was the Stretch and Ambition award which was presented to him for exceeding the targets given him for the year under consideration.

Mr Dadzie´s third award was the overall best in procurement. This award was also given to him for being the highest regional marketing figure in the country.

Mr Dadzie is currently the Branch Coordinator in the whole of Central Region and parts of Ashanti Region. He joined the company in 2003 as an Assistant  Zonal Accountant and he was later promoted to a substantive Accountant position.

In 2006, he requested to be a field manager in order to take on new challenges. He has risen through the ranks over the years to become a Senior Branch Coordinator.

Mr Dadzie who completed Valley View University admits that the training he received from VVU has helped him in his career and even through his graduate studies.

“The spirit of hardwork and integrity inculcated into us in Valley View is really helping in my work as can be seen in the awards I received,”   Mr Dadzie noted, “My colleagues see these virtues in me. They usually call on me to say the prayer at gatherings", he added.
