Valley View University hosted a special ceremony for the visiting General Conference Executive Secretary, Pastor Erton Carlos Kohler, at the Columbia Conference Hall.

The event began with a prayer by Dean of Spiritual Life Pastor Peter Obeng Manu followed by introductions from Deputy Registrar Alex Appiah-Asare and Pastor Selom Sesosu, who welcomed university and union officers.

Pro-Vice Chancellor Winfred Ofoe Lakotey highlighted the university’s student population, academic programs, and achievements. Pastor Kohler, the special guest of the occasion, expressed his admiration for the university, noting that the energy and warmth he felt upon arrival left a lasting impression. He commended Valley View University for its dedication to both academic and spiritual excellence.

The ceremony concluded with a presentation of gifts to Pastor Kohler by the Acting Director of the University Relations Directorate, Harriet A. N. Asare, marking a memorable and heartfelt welcome from the University.
