The 2017 Degree Certificates are ready for collection from Mondays to Thursdays (9:00 am – 12:30 pm & 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm)

  Kindly note that certificates won’t be issued outside the stated Days and Times!!

STEPS TO FOLLOW IN THE COLLECTION OF YOUR DEGREE CERTIFICATE

Step 1: You are required to clear yourself at the University Estate Unit with respect to the Graduation Gowns (Physical Plant near the Prudential Bank).

Step 2: In addition, you are required to clear yourself financially at the University Business Office Annex (Room 13, Administration Block).

 Step 3: Finally, you will then proceed after the first two steps to the Office of the Registrar with your Student Identification Card or any form of National Identification Card as well as the Clearance Forms obtained from the Estate Unit and the Business Office for your Certificate.

 NB: Please be informed that your Medallions, T-shirts, Yearbook, etc are to be collected at your respective Departments.
