The Oyibi Electoral area receives a donation from the Valley View University on April 24, 2020, as part of measures to augment Government’s effort towards the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

This was in response to of a sponsorship request sent to the University from the Assembly Member of the area, Hon. Abednego Afotey Otu to support the less privileged in the community. Valley View University as part of it’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) responded favourably to the request and donated 204 loaves and 360 bags of Valley View bread and sachet water respectively to the Electoral area.

The items were received by the Assemblyman on behalf of the electoral area.

In response, the Assemblyman expressed his profound gratitude to the University for the kind gesture and indicated that he would distribute the items to the vulnerable in the area.

In attendance were the committee members who also expressed their appreciation to the institution.

Hon. Afotey Otu, in his closing remarks appealed to other individuals and organizations to emulate same.
