A Heartwarming Yuletide Feast for International Students at Valley View University.

 

As we bid farewell to the year 2023, we are delighted to share the joyous moments of our recent gathering at the Anton Mitterer Conference Hall where the Management of Valley View University once again hosted a special yuletide feast on December 31, 2023, dedicated to our cherished international students who, due to various reasons, couldn't travel home for the holidays.

 

The University Administration, in its commitment to fostering a sense of community and inclusivity, sponsored a delightful feast that showcased the rich cultural diversity within our international student community. The event not only celebrated the festive season but also provided a platform for students to share and revel in the traditions and cuisines of their respective home countries.

 

One of the highlights of the evening was the students' active involvement in preparing the sumptuous meals served. From the aroma of grigra to the comforting warmth of porridge and the satisfaction of eba, the hall was filled with the enticing scents and flavors of dishes from around the world. It was a true testament to the talent and unity within our international student body.

 

The occasion was graced by the presence of esteemed individuals, including the Dean of Student Life and Services, the Dean of School of Nursing and Midwifery, the Dean of Spiritual Life and Development, and the Residence Dean of Ellen White Hall. The participation of these distinguished personalities added an extra layer of warmth and camaraderie to the occasion.

 

Beyond the joyous laughter and shared meals, the yuletide feast symbolized the spirit of unity, friendship, and inclusivity that defines Valley View University. It was a reminder that, regardless of geographical distances, our campus is a home where diverse cultures come together as one family.
